Transit Time, Handling or Processing Time:
Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday). Order handling or processing time is 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

                      The actual arrival time of products = Processing Time + Transit Time

Shipping Destinations:
We currently offer shipping within the United States.

What if I live in a different country?
Currently, we do not ship outside of United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Delivery Method:
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver all orders and products.

Order Tracking:
To track your order, first go to our website Track Your Order page, enter your Order ID and Billing email in the box below and press the “Track” button. This order id was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received. In this process, you can track your order and monitor the status of your package.

Multiple Addresses:

Change Address:
We cannot change the delivery address for your order once the product is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 3 days of placing the order by at email: Info@themodernsupply.com or at call: +1-844-293-5175.

Cancellations:
Before the order is shipped, you have the option to cancel at any moment if you decide to change your mind before receiving it. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy if an order has already been shipped.

Products Damaged In Transit:
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the product package from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
